No. We diagnose one business at a time and start with the smallest useful fix. Sometimes the answer is a simpler process, not more software.
Do we need technical people?
No. The audit is designed for owners and operators. Recommendations are written in plain English and prioritised around what your team can realistically adopt.
Will you try to sell us a huge implementation?
No. You own the blueprint and can implement it yourself, use another supplier, or ask us to help. Any follow-on work is separately scoped and optional.
What if there is nothing worth fixing?
